Heard learned Counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that the applicants are not named in the F.I.R., but during investigation the stolen trolly and parts of Eicher tractor were recovered from the possession of the appliocants and other co-accused persons. There is no other evidence agaist the applicants.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case the applicants are entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicant Kali Ram and Sayyad alias Shahzad involved in Case Crime No. 1166 of 2006, under Sections 394, 302, 201, and 411 I.P.C., Police Station Nai Mandi , District Muzaffarngar be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned
