Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
All the three courts have given a concurrent finding that vendor do not belong to the scheduled caste and therefore, on the basis of the alleged sale deed no mutation can take place. The aforesaid finding has been given on the own admission of the petitioner's husband. There is further finding that no documentary evidence has been given from the petitioner's side to challenge the aforesaid fact.
In view of the aforesaid, this court is satisfied that the matter has been concluded on the finding of facts and therefore, no interference is called far. This writ petition accordingly fails and it is dismissed.
