  Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.G.A.

        It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that according to the F.I.R. only role of firing has been assigned to the applicants and other co-accused persons. The co-accused Irshad has been released on bail by this court on 27.7.2006 in criminal misc. bail application no. 13216 of 2006 and co-accused Zakir has been released on bail on 27.11.2006 in criminal misc. bail application no. 25897 of 2006 and co-accused Jamshed has been released on bail by this court on 24.8.2006 in criminal misc. bail application no. 16086 of 2006.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case the applicants are entitled to be released on bail.

Let the applicants Jabir and Jahir   involved in case crime no. 689       of 2005  under Sections 147,148,149,307,302  I.P.C.,  P.S. Kairana  District Muzaffarnagar                          be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
