We have heard counsel for petitioner and  standing counsel for respondents.

The petitioner earlier had filed a writ petition no.11152/2000 which was disposed of on 3.3.2000.In view of this,the present writ petition is not maintainable

The petitioner may, if so advised, file contempt petition or move an application in the earlier Writ Petition.

With this observation, the writ petition is dismissed.
