This is an application for bail moved on behalf of the applicant Sukhveer Singh involved in case Crime No. 30 of 2006 under sections 498-A, 326, 506, I.P.C. and section ¾ Dowry Prohibition Act, Police station Auchha, district Mainpuri.
Heard Sri Mahendra Nath Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and have perused the record.
The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the injured in her statement has assigned the role of setting on fire to her mother-in-law. The learned counsel urged that applicant's wife set herself to fire and she was taken to the hospital by the applicant.
The learned AGA submitted that allegations of demand of motorcycle and cash of Rs.50,000/- have been made against the applicant.
I have taken into consideration the submissions advanced on behalf of both the parties
The injured having assigned the role of setting fire to her mother-in-law, I consider it to be a fit case for bail.
Let the applicant Sukhveer Singh involved in case Crime No. 30 of 2006 under sections 498-A, 326, 506, I.P.C. and section ¾ Dowry Prohibition Act, Police station Auchha, district Mainpuri, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
