Heard Sri Anil Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA and have perused the materials on record.
The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that there is a cross case Crime No.560-A of 2006 under sections 147, 148, 308, 324, 336, 452, 323, 504, 506, I.P.C., Police station Rampur Karkhana, district Deoria the first information report of which was lodged on 13.11.2006. The learned counsel urged that a direction may be issued to the Judicial Magistrate concerned/Sessions Judge, Deoria for expeditious disposal of the bail application of applicants.
Having taken into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the application is finally disposed of with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate concerned/Sessions Judge, Deoria to dispose of the bail application of the applicants involved in case crime No. 560 of 2006 under sections 147, 148, 323, 324, 504, 506. 452, 308, I.P.C., Police station Rampur Karkhana, district Deoria expeditiously more preferably the same day in view of the guidelines laid down in Full Bench decision of this Court in the case of Smt. Amarawati and another Versus State of U.P. 2004 (50) ACC 742.
