We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner Sri S.R.Verma and Smt. Sarita Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
The controversy involved in the present writ petition is fully covered by our decision of this Court in Writ Petition No.52283 of 2006 Awadhesh Kumar & Company Vs. State of U.P. and others decided on 27.9.2006. The operative portion of the judgment is quoted below:-
"In view of the aforesaid facts, the present writ petition is being disposed of in the terms and direction of the aforesaid writ petition of S.K.Goyal Vs. State of U.P. & others (Supra). The respondent No.3 is directed to consider the application of the petitioner for renewal on merits and the same should not be dismissed on the ground of delay. The respondent No.3 will pass the detailed and reasoned order according to law preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order."
In view of the aforesaid fact, the present writ petition is disposed in terms and conditions mentioned in the above writ petition.
There shall be no order as to costs.
