Heard learned Counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. and Sri M.N. Pathak leaned counsel for the complainant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that the deceased was apprehended by the applicants and other villagers in which he injuries were caused on the person of the deceased and from the side of the applicants applicant no. 2 Ram Asrhray and his mother received injury caused by the deceased, for which the F.I.R. has been lodged by Ram Ashrary on next day. The injuries received by applicant Ram Asharay and his mother have not been explained.
After considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the applicants are entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicant Ram Suchit, Ramashray and Raja Ram involved in Case Crime No. 411-A of 2006, under Section 304 I.P.C., Police Station Madanpur, District Deoria be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned
