Smt. J. Vijay Lashmi v. State Of U.P. And Others - WRIT - A No. 66909 of 2006 [2006] RD-AH 20783 (8 December 2006)
|
Hon'ble Amitava Lala,J.
Hon'ble V.C.Misra,J.
The petitioner is inclined to get certain benefit and the pensionary benefits after the retirement. A representation is made being annexure-3 to the writ petition which is already pending before the authority concerned.
Therefore, in disposing the writ petition, we direct the authority concerned to consider the representation of the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of making representation upon giving fullest opportunity of hearing and by passing a reasoned order thereon. For the purpose of effective adjudication a copy of the writ petition along with its annexures can be treated as part and parcel of the representation.
If the authority found that in view of annexure-4 to the writ petition any amount is admitted due the same can be released irrespective of consideration of representation.
Thus, the writ petition is disposed of.
However, no order is passed as to costs.
