Heard Sri Manish Tiwary,  learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. and perused the papers.

The only prayer made in this application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.  is to direct the Court below to decide the bail application expeditiously.

The co-accused Gaya Deen Bimal  has been granted bail in Bail Application No. 3501/2006 by I/C Sessions Judge, Allahabad vide order dated 02.12.2006.

Hence, the Court below is hereby directed to decide the bail application of the applicants expeditiously keeping in view the law laid down by this Court in case of Smt. Amrawati and another versus State of U.P. reported in 2004 (57) ALR (290) as they are ladies and co-accused has been granted bail.

This Case is disposed of finally in light of the above order.
