Dr. Anwarullah Khan v. State Of U.P. And Others - WRIT - A No. 67445 of 2006 RD-AH 20897 (12 December 2006)
Hon'ble Amitava Lala,J.
Hon'ble V.C. Misra,J.
The petitioner has retired from service on 31st July, 2005, but neither the pension nor the provisional pension has been given to the petitioner. The petitioner is running from pillar to post to get it, but all are in vain according to the petitioner. Under such circumstance in disposing the writ petition, we direct the petitioner to make a representation to the appropriate authority within one week from the date of getting certified copy of this order and the authority concerned to consider the representation of the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of making representation upon giving fullest opportunity of hearing and by passing a reasoned order thereon. For the purpose of effective adjudication a copy of the writ petition along with its annexures can be treated as part and parcel of the representation.
Thus the writ petition is disposed of.
However, no order is passed as to costs.
