This is an application filed by Smt. Ashishan Horo Widow of Late Man Masih Horo, resident of 123, HIG, Preetam Nagar, Allahabad, who died on 5.12.2003 at Allahabad, for letters of Administration for the estate left by him which includes Rs.2,31,859.66 and interest in Account No. 004333 in Punjab National Bank, University Road, Cololenganj, Allahabad, and Rs.14451.47 and interest in Account No. 011900046839 in State Bank of India, Main Branch, Allahabad.
The deceased has died instate. The daughter and son of the deceased namely Smt. Annie Kongari and Sri Paul Horo have given their no objection by notorised affidavits annexed to the petition.
The citation has been published in daily news papers 'Amrit Prabhat' and ' Northern India Patrika' dated 24.12.2005 and affidavit of service has been filed. No one has filed objection to the grant of Letters of Administration. The Registrar General has given a certificate dated 3.9.2005 under Chapter XXX Rule 8 of the Rules of the Court.
The matter is treated as non-contentious and is allowed. The applicant shall be given Letters of Administration to operate the bank account after the Registrar General has certified about the Court fees in accordance with Rules of the Court.
