Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant and 7 other co-accused persons caused injuries by using lathi, danda, Sariya, tabal blows. Co-accused Yogendra alias Jogendra has been released on bail by this court on 27.10.2006 in criminal Misc Bail Application No. 19764 of 2006 and co-accused Ramdas has been released on bail by this court on 27.11.2006 in Criminal Misc Bail Application No. 25894 of 2006. The case of the applicant is also on the same footing with the case of above mentioned co-accused.
After considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicant Brij Mohan involved in Case Crime No. 182 of 2006, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 304, 452, 506, 323, 325 and 308 I.P.C., Police Station Daurala District Meerut be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
