Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.
The occurrence took place on 7.10.2006 when the S. O. Kotwali Dehat raided shop. The pirated C.D was recovered.
The learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that no obscene C.D was recovered from the possession of applicant. There is no criminal history and the applicant is in jail since 7.10.2006.
Considering the above facts and circumstance I find it a fit case for bail.
Let applicant Guddu be released on bail, in case crime No. 2237 of 2006, under Sections 63, 68-A, 52-A Copy Right Act and under section 292 I.P.C, Police Station Kotwali, District Bijnor, on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
