Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.G.A.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that there is a cross version of the alleged incident. From both side F.I.Rs have been registered. Both side received injuries. From the side of the prosection one person lost his life and two persons received injuries and from the side of the applicants two persons sustained injuries. The injuries caused by the applicants side have not been explained. The prosection has not come with clean hands.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case the applicants are entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicantd Ravindra and Kishun Lal involved in case crime no. 193 of 2006 under Sections147,148,149,324,323,304, 504,506 I.P.C., P.S. Jigna District Mirzapur be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
