Dr. Virendra Bahadur Singh v. State Of U.P. Thru' Secry., Medi. Education And Others - WRIT - A No. 68208 of 2006 RD-AH 21083 (14 December 2006)
Hon'ble Amitava Lala,J.
Petitioner has made this writ petition for the purpose of regularization of service with effect from 16.3.2005 as per Rule i.e. U.P. Regularisation Of Adhoc Appointments (On Posts Within The Purview Of The Public Service Commission) (Third Amendment) Rules, 2001. With regard to his grievance the petitioner has already made representation on 18.5.2005, which is still pending before the authority concerned. Therefore, upon hearing the parties we are of the view that the writ petition can be disposed of in the following manner:
We direct the authority concerned to consider the representation of the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order upon giving fullest opportunity of hearing and by passing a reasoned order thereon. For the purpose of effective adjudication a copy of the writ petition alongwith its annexures can be treated as part and parcel of the representation.
Thus, the writ petition is disposed of.
However, no order is passed as to costs.
