Heard learned Counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and Sri V.P. Srivastava Senior Advocate assisted by Sri Rakesh Kumar Srivastava learned counsel for the complainant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the allegation against the applicant is that he was showing the country made pistol at the time of the alleged incident. The other co-accused persons caused injuries, but the applicant did not cause any injury on the person of the deceased.
After considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicant Raman Pal involved in Case Crime No. 799 of 2006, under Sections 302, 307, 504, 506, 435, 325, and 394 I.P.C. read with Sections 25/27 Arms Act, Police Station Mahuli District Sant Kabir Nagar be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
