Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. and Sri S.D. Dwivedi, learned counsel for the complainant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is the father in law of the deceased. The co-accused Smt. Ram Beti and Smt. Prema whose case was on the same footing with the applicant have been released on bail by this court on 23.11.2006 in criminal misc. bail application no. 20361 of 2006.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicant Virendra involved in case crime no. 294 of 2006 under Sections 147,148,302,201 I.P.C., P.S. Katra District Shahjahanpur be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
