It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that the applicant is not named in the F.I.R., but during investigation only evidence of last seen has been collected against the applicants. There is no other evidence against them.
After considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the applicants are entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicants Ram Pal and Puran Lal involved in Case Crime No. 885 of 2006, under Sections 302 and 201 I.P.C., Police Station Madho Tanda District Pilibhit be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
