Abid Ali v. Board Of Revenue U.P. Camp Meerut & Others - WRIT - B No. 68699 of 2006 RD-AH 21259 (18 December 2006)
Hon'ble Anjani Kumar, J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner, aggrieved by an order passed by the Board of Revenue dated 14th September 2006 whereby the Board of Revenue has admitted the revision filed against the order of the Additional Commissioner and has further stayed the operation of the order challenged by means of revision, has approached this Court by means of this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. This order is admittedly an interlocutory order. The Court had directed the matter to come up on 16th November 2006. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to say as to what happened on 16th November j2006. Since the impugned order is an interlocutory order the petitioner, if he is aggrieved, can file an application for vacation of the interim order before the authority concerned.
The writ petition has no force and is accordingly dismissed.
