Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is the father in law of the deceased. He was living separately having no concerned with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband, no demand of dowry and subjecting the deceased with cruelty. The allegation made against the applicant and other co-accused person are general in nature. The co-accused Vivek whose case was on the same footing as the applicant, has been released on bail by this court on 3.11.2006 in case crime no.23626 of 2006.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicant Charan Singh involved in case crime no. 283 of 2006 under Sections 498-A,304-B I.P.C.,and ¾ D.P. Act P.S. Highway District Mathura be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
