Heard learned Counsel for the applicant , learned A.G.A. and Sri K.K. Dwivedi learned counsel for the complainant.  

It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that according to prosecution version the applicant and 5 other co-accused persons caused injuries on the person of the deceased inside the workshop. No specific weapon was shown in the hands of the applicant and other co-accused persons. It is alleged that the deceased has received 2 injuries. Co-accused  Chandra Hans has been released on bail by this court on 11.12.2006 in Criminal Misc Bail Application No. 27108 of 2006.

In reply the learned A.G.A. submiAfter considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and without  expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.  

Let the applicant  Latoori Singh involved in Case Crime No. 303 of 2006, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 504, 506 and 120-B  I.P.C.  Police Station   Rakabganj    District  Agra be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two  sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned with the condition that the applicant shall report to the court of learned C.J. M. concerned in the first week of each month about his behaviour and good conduct till the conclusion of the trial. The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence.  

In default of the above condition the bail granted to him shall be deemed cancel and he shall be taken into custody by the learned C.J.M. Agra..
