Prem Bihari Lal Nigam v. State Of U.P. And Others - WRIT - C No. 69426 of 2006 RD-AH 21410 (19 December 2006)
WP No. 69426 of 2006
Hon'ble Yatindra Singh, J
Hon'ble Ran Vijai Singh, J
1 This writ petition is against the impugned order dated 28.10.2006 rejecting the freehold for plot no. 181 and requiring more money for freehold of plots no. 196 and 191.
2 We have heard counsel for the petitioner and the standing counsel for the respondents.
3 The freehold for plot no. 181 has been rejected on the ground that it is a public utility land. There is no illegality in holding so. So far as question of demand of more money for freehold of plots no. 196 and 191 is concerned, nothing has been pointed out to show that it is incorrect. In view of the same there is no justification to interfere with the impugned order.
4. The counsel for the petitioner further submits that he may be granted some more time to deposit the money. The petitioner may file an application before respondent no. 3 for granting more time to deposit money. In case any application is filed that may be considered by concerned respondent no.3 expeditiously.
5 With these observations the writ petition is disposed of.
