We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner Smt.Kamla Singh and Sri Rajeev Ojha, Advocate, holding brief of Sri Ranjit Saxena, learned counsel for the respondents.
In case the petitioner deposits a sum of Rs.11,000/- along with an objection to the respondent No.2 i.e. Executive Engineer, U.P. Power Corporation Ltd. Kasganj, District Etah, within a period of six weeks, the same shall be decided by the respondent No.2 within a period of six weeks thereafter i.e. from the date of deposit of the aforesaid amount. Till the decision of the objection of the petitioner there will be no recovery action against the petitioner. In case of default of any condition mentioned above, the writ petition stands dismissed.
With these observations the writ petition is disposed of.
There shall be no order as to costs.
