Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.G.A.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that according to the prosecution version the applicants and two other co-accused persons are named in the F.I.R. It is stated that the injuries were caused by using lathi, danda and Kulhari blows. The co-accused Phool Chandra whose case is on the same footing as the applicants has been released on bail by this court on 12.10.2006 in criminal misc. bail application no. 20784 of 2006.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case the applicants are entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicants Mohan Lal and Munna alias Prahlad involved in case crime no. 87 of 2006 under Sections 304,504 I.P.C., and section ¾ D.P. Act P.S. Husainganj District Fatehpur be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
