Hon'ble Yatindra Singh,J.
Hon'ble Ran Vijai Singh, J.
1. Heard counsel for the petitioners and standing counsel for the respondents.
2. This is a writ petition for a direction to the respondent to free hold the property. Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already given an application before respondent no.2.
3. In the circumstances of the case it would be appropriate that the petitioner's application dated 5.6.2006 may be decided by the respondent No.2 by a reasoned order at an early date, and if possible, within three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The petitioner along with certified copy of this order will also file a copy of their representation, other necessary documents and a duly stamped self-addressed envelop. Respondent No.2 after taking decision will communicate the same to the petitioner.
4. With these observations the writ petition is disposed of.
