This is a writ petition for direction to the respondent no.2 not to grant pass-port to respondent no.3 in pursuance of the pendency of the Criminal Case before the trial court.

We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

The petitioner may, if so advised, file an application before the court where the criminal case is pending and may also file objection before the Pass-port office. In case  any application is filed before the Criminal Court and any objection is filed before the Pass-post office, the same will be considered in accordance with law at an early date.

With this observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
