Heard Sri Satish Trivedi , Senior Advocate,assisted by Sri K.P. Pathak,learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. and Sri G.P.Dixit, learned counsel for the complainant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the wife of the applicant is ailing, her treatment is going on inS.G.P.I. Lucknow. He was released on short term bail for a period of one months on 22.11.2006. He has not misused the liberty granted to him.
Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant the applicant is entitled for short term bail for a period of one months from the date of his release.
Let the applicant Krishna Shankar involved in Case Crime No. 447 of 2005, under Sections 307, 302, 120-B I.P.C., Police Station Madhuban, District Mu be released on short term bail for a period of one month from the date of his release from the jail on his furnishing a personal bond and two heavy sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned with the condition that the applicant shall not tamper with the evidence and he shall surrender on due date.
With this direction this application is finally disposed of.
