A notice under section 13(2) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 has been issued against the petitioner. The petitioner has got an alternative remedy by way of filing objection under section 13(3-A) of the aforesaid Act. If the petitioner files such an objection within a period of three weeks from today, the same shall be decided in accordance with law within a period of two months thereafter.
Till the decision of the objection of the petitioner, no recovery will be made against the petitioner.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
