We have heard Sri Arvind Srivastava learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
The present writ petition has been filed against the order of suspension-dated 31.8.2006 (Annexure 2 to the writ petition). The enquiry has not been completed till date.
In these circumstances, we direct the respondent No.1 i.e. The State of U.P. through the Principal Secretary Karagar Prashashan Avam Sudhar Anubhag, U.P. Lucknow to complete the disciplinary enquiry against the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of production of the certified copy of the order. It is, however, made clear that the petitioner will cooperate in the disciplinary proceedings.
With these observations the writ petition is disposed of.
There shall be no order as to costs.
