Pursuant to the advertisement issued by the Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the ''Corporation') inviting applications for allotment of retail outlet dealership of Petrol Pump, the petitioner submitted an application. The contention raised by the petitioner in the present petition is that the dates for holding interviews are being postponed for no rhyme or reason.
From the records, we find that the petitioner has already submitted a representation before the Competent Authority of the Corporation.
Sri Vikas Budhwar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Corporation has submitted that the representation filed by the petitioner shall be decided expeditiously and so the petition should not be entertained at this stage.
In view of the aforesaid statement made by Sri Vikas Budhwar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Corporation, we dispose of this petition by directing that an appropriate order shall be passed on the representation expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced by the petitioner before the Competent Authority of the Corporation.
