The report of Shri Rakesh Pandey, who had been appointed Advocate Commissioner in this case, has been placed before us today. He has referred to a land which is lying vacant. He has also referred to certain plots which were allotted, but which have not been occupied.
After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel, we dispose of this writ petition directing the Officer-in-Charge, Magh Mela to permit the petitioner to shift its camp from its existing site to any one of these plots lying vacant on Kali Sadak for the remaining period of the Mela on the same charges, which were payable by the petitioner for the plot allotted to him. The plot to which the petitioner will be permitted to be shifted, will be intimated by the petitioner by tomorrow.
Writ petition is disposed of. A certified copy of this order may be issued on payment of requisite charges today.
