Learned counsel for the petitioners while relying upon unregistered mortgage deed urged that the petitioners will acquire rights under Section 164 of the U.P. Z.A. & L.R. Act.

Learned Standing Counsel is directed to produce notification to the effect that whether the U.P. Z.A. & L.R. Act is applicable so far as land in dispute is concerned. He shall also assist the Court in the matter.

As prayed, list on 27th February, 2006.  

Petitioners shall also appear in person on the date fixed.
