Standing counsel represents respondent nos. 1 to 4. He prays for and is granted six weeks time to file counter affidavit. The petitioner will have three weeks thereafter to file rejoinder affidavit. List immediately after expiry of the aforesaid period.

It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that the entire amount payable under the impugned orders has already been deposited. If any amount has been deposited by the petitioner in pursuance of the impugned orders, the same shall be subject to the result of the writ petition. .
