By order dated 25.1.2006, we had granted time to the learned counsel for the petitioner to examine whether Allahtala, who is the petitioner in this writ petition, was a juristic person. Learned counsel for the petitioner has conceded that Allahtala is not a juristic person. Therefore, Allahtala not being a juristic person, cannot maintain this writ petition.

It is accordingly, dismissed.
