    Learned Standing Counsel who represents respondents prays for and is granted six weeks time to file counter affidavit. The petitioner will have three weeks thereafter to file rejoinder affidavit.

     

    Until further orders, the operation of the order dated 29.11.2005 passed by Upper Ayukt-II, Varanasi Mandal, Varanasi and the order dated 27.4.2002 passed by the Sahayak Ayukt (Stamp), Ghazipur shall remain stayed provided the petitioner deposits within a period of six weeks from today half of the amount payable under the impugned orders before Sahayak Ayukt (Stamp), Ghazipur. Any amount paid by the petitioner in pursuance of the impugned orders shall be adjusted. In case of default this order shall stand discharged.
