           Heard counsel for the parties and perused the  record.

            Father of the petitioner was an employee of the U.P. State Road Transport Corporation, Ghaziabad and was posted at Kshetriya Karyashala, Ghaziabad. He died in harness on 13.7.2001.  Mother of the petitioner moved application after application for appointment of the petitioner on compassionate ground in 2003-2004 before the respondent-authorities but to no response. The last representation was made by the petitioner before the respondent no. 3  on 17.11.2005.  

        Counsel for the petitioner only prays that the last representation of the petitioner dated 17.11.2005 (Annexure 5 to the writ petition) be directed to be decided by the respondent no. 3 within some time frame.

       Counsel for the respondents has no objection to this prayer of counsel for the petitioer.

       The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with the direction to the respondent no. 3 to decide the representation dated 17.11.2005 (Annexure 5 to the writ petition) of the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of submission of a certified copy of this order before him.  No order as to costs.
