the counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of the order dated 11.2.2005 he has submitted a representation on 26.4.2005 before respondent no.2. This has not been decided and without deciding it recovery proceeding has been initiated.
Notices on behalf of respondents 1, 5 and 6 have been accepted by the Standing Counsel. Notices on behalf of respondents 2 to 4 have been accepted by Sri Ajit Singh. They pray and are granted three weeks' time for counter affidavit. Two weeks thereafter is granted for rejoinder affidavit. List this petition for admission in the third week of February 2006. Respondents while filing the counter affidavit will annex the copy of order passed on the representation of the petitioner dated 26.4.2005.
Till the next date of listing recovery proceeding against the petitioner shall remain stayed.
