HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Hon. Tarun Agarwala,J.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This contempt application has been filed with the allegation that the order of the writ Court dated  1.9.1995  has been violated.

Having perused the said order and the record, I find that no prima facie case is made out for proceeding any further  especially after such a long lapse of time. In my view, it would be an exercise in futility to pursue the matter any further.

In view of the aforesaid, notices are discharged. The contempt application is rejected.

The writ petition shall be listed before the appropriate Court.

Dated: 7.2.2006
