Petitioner stated before this Court that some material facts are not taken in the writ petition itself. Therefore, he wants to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file afresh writ petition. Such prayer is allowed.

The writ petition stands dismissed for non prosecution.

No order is passed as to costs.

However, this order will not prevent to make  fresh writ petition..
