This is a writ petition against  order dated 22.1.2006 suspending  the fair price shop of the petitioner. According to the petitioner,  she has already submitted her representation/reply  dated 1.2.2006 before respondent no.2. As it has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

We have heard counsel for the petitioner, the Standing Counsel for the respondents.

In the circumstances of the case,   the petitioner's representation dated 1.2.2006 made  before respondent no. 2  may be decided  by the said respondent by a reasoned order at an early date,  if possible, within three months  from the date of receipt of certified copy of  this order. The petitioner will  file  copy of  his representation/reply, necessary  documents and a duly stamped self addressed envelope along with the certified copy of this order. The concerned   authority   after taking decision will  communicate the same to the petitioner.

With these observations the writ petition is disposed of.
