Heard the learned A.G.A. and perused the order of the learned  Magistrate. The Magistrate had refused to grant bail to the accused revisionist under section 167(2) Cr.P.C. The order passed by the learned Magistrate suffers from no illegality.

There is no force in this revision and it is hereby dismissed.
