Upon hearing the learned counsel for the parties, we direct  that the appeal of the petitioner, which is pending before the appellate authority, will be considered and decided by the appellate authority within  a period of one month from the date of communication of this order However, liberty is granted to make an application for interim order,  if any, before the appellate auhtorirty and if it is made the authority will be able to consider the same.

Thus, the writ petition is disposed of.

No order is passed as to costs.
