It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that a suit under Section 176 of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition & Land Reforms Act was decreed on the basis of a compromise and that against the decree an appeal was filed by some of the respondents in which an interim order was passed and the same has been confirmed which is the order impugned and other prayer in the writ petition is to dispose of the appeal within time bound period. The grant of interim order is a discretion of the court. There is no illegality in so far grant of interim order is concerned, however in the circumstances it is directed that the appeal be disposed of by respondent no.1 expeditiously and if possible within a period of four months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
With the aforesaid direction this writ petition is disposed of.
