Standing counsel represents respondent nos. 1 to 3. He prays for and is granted six weeks time to file counter affidavit. The petitioner will have three weeks thereafter to file rejoinder affidavit. List thereafter.
Until further orders the operation of the impugned order dated 21.2.2005 of the Commissioner, Meerut Region, Meerut and order dated 26.6.2004 of the Additional Collector (Finance & Revenue), Ghaziabad shall remain stayed, provided the petitioner deposits within a period of six weeks from today half of the amount payable under the impugned orders before the Additional Collector (Finance & Revenue), Ghaziabad. In case of default, the interim order shall stand automatically vacated. Any amount deposited by the petitioner in pursuance of the impugned orders shall be adjusted.
