Learned counsel for the appellant contends that chain of events is not complete. Nobody has seen the appellant administering poison to the deceased.

Let appellant- Smt. Geeta @ Sangita be enlarged on bail on her executing a personal bond and furnishing two sureties, each in the like amount to the satisfaction of C.M.M., Kanpur Nagar, in S.T. No.304/1999, State Vs. Mahesh and others, under Sections 302 read with Section 34, 201 I.P.C., P.S. Naubasta, Kanpur Nagar.
