It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is not named in the F.I.R. One name A Kumar Stamp vendar has been mentioned in the F.I.R. as Stamp Vendar and no forged stamp paper has been recovered from the possession of the applicant. The applicant is in jail since 4.10.2005.
After considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and without entering into the merits of the case, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicant Arun Kumar Tripathi involved in Case Crime No. 86 of 2004, under Sections 193, 195, 198, 199, 200, 255, 256, 420, 260, 267, 468, 471 I.P.C. and Sections 7/82 Registration Act, Police Station New Agra, District Agra be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned
