The petitioners claim that the land of plot Nos. 162, 190, 191 is Bhumidhari of the petitioners and the same have not been acquired but the petitioners are sought to be dispossessed from those plots under the Pradhan Mantri Road Construction Scheme.

If the land has not been acquired and belongs to the petitioners and the petitioners have not given any written consent for such road construction over the said land, no demolition or dispossession will take place in respect of the land in question without adopting procedure prescribed by law.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
