The similar petition being Writ Petition No. 1333 of 2006 (Academy of Business Management and another Vs. State of U.P. and others), has been allowed by the judgment dated 12.1.2006. All relevant facts of that case are similar to the facts of the present writ petition. Therefore, after hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Neeraj Tripathi for the Chancellor, Rajeev Joshi for NCTE and Shri Anurag Khanna for the University, this writ petition is also allowed in the same terms and with same directions as contained din the judgment dated 12.1.2006  referred above. A copy of the order dated 12.1.2006 will accompany the certified copy of this order.
