This writ petition is absolutely misconceived. The petitioners are saying that a wrong person has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of a Company. The petitioners have made a complaint to the U.P. Stock Exchange Association with regard to the said appointment.

By this writ petition, the petitioners are seeking a mandamus directing decision on the said complaint. There is no head or tail of this writ petition.

Writ petition is dismissed. The memo appearance filed by Shri Mansoor Ahmad may be kept on record.
